Most of us normally don’t want any part of political activism, even when it concerns things most dear to us. Personally, I’d rather be showing my Mastiffs and painting dogs than ranting about anti-dog legislation. PAWS was defeated last year, but who knows if it could come up again. Let's make sure it does NOT!.

Just so you know in advance, these political cartoons are pretty hard-hitting. However, on the PAWS Page they are available for downloading, printing, and free distribution from a pdf file.

I love the American Kennel Club despite its recent political miscalculation in supporting SB1139. So a little embarrassment now, in order to help the AKC do the right thing, is better than the irreparable harm that will be inflicted if PAWS (SB1139) passes.

At the very least, these cartoons are intended to stimulate debate...thankfully, many dog clubs all over the country are fighting this outrageous peice of anti-dog legislation too. Please help us fight for our dog rights and save the AKC from compromising itself. Good luck!
